Session Types and Fees

Standard 50 minute sessions are $130.

Extended 80 minute sessions are $160.

I offer a limited number of reduced rate spots (sliding scale) to promote accessibility. Please indicate in your sliding scale need in your inquiry.

Insurance

I am not in network with any insurance providers.

I can provide super bills for out of network reimbursement; however, this depends on your specific insurance benefits. Reach out to your insurance company to inquire about your specific out of network coverage.

Availability

In person sessions are available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Online sessions are available throughout the week, but primarily on Monday and Wednesday.

Session Location

In-person sessions are held at my office at 4005 Spicewood Springs Rd, Suite B-401.

Virtual sessions are held via a HIPPA compliant tele-health platform, The link to your session can be found in your appointment reminder.

  • Tempest Counseling PLLC complies with HIPAA and applicable Texas law to protect the privacy of your Protected Health Information (PHI). Your information is used only for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations unless disclosure is required or permitted by law.

  • You may request access to your health records by submitting a written request to Tempest Counseling PLLC. Requests will be processed within the timeframes allowed by Texas law. Reasonable fees may apply as permitted by statute.

  • I (Grace Metz, LPC Associate, #98388) am licensed and regulated by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC). I am currently under supervision by M. Michelle Hawn, MA, LPC-S.
